You can set them to visibility only or you can give them the ability to self quote, auto rate, print forms and submit shipments to you for service. You can even set menu and management list security for your customer administered user accounts. With the advanced security features, you control which of your customer employees has access to what and just how much.

 

WFP was designed as a modular system that allows you to make use of the core order entry and shipment tracking system with or without the benefit of add on modules such as POD imaging, auto rating, mileage interfaces, SMC3 Rateware/Carrier Connect interface and advanced reporting.  Customer Self-Service is a core offering for up to 100 administered user accounts.
